The picture of the stamp is of Ivan Aivazovsky, of 1840 and the title is The Roads at Kronstadt. The ship has no name.

The set of 2 stamps of Peru (in one of them the MORONA BAP) has in the stamp of 110,000 a lighthouse and 2 ships. One is the patrol boat CHANCAY PC-219 and the other the landing ship ETEN DT-144. I found these data on the blog of the Circle of Friends of Philately (Circulo de Amigos de la Filatelia)...

SAFI is a very old city and port of MAROC (MARAKECH) ON THE STAMP.
I found the stamp in Ivert Tellier,Tomo 1, 1991, pag.457, stamp #98 Countries of French Expression.

I think that the stamp of S.Pierre & Miquelon with legend Le Frigorifique,show the building (is a frigorific) not the ship.
