RB-57 harbour tug

Mr. Sitnikov has identified the harbour tug on this MS of Guinea issued in 2016 as the Russian Navy tug RB-57. RB stands for harbour tug.

She was built under yard No 311 by the Gorokhovetsk Shipyard, Gorokhovets, Russia for the Russian Pacific Fleet.
One of the Project 04983.
Displacement 305 light and 364 ton full load, 173 grt, 59 dwt, dim. 29.3 x 8.3m, maximum height 11.8m., draught maximum 3,91m.
Powered by two 8CHNP25/34 diesel engines each 800 hp (590 kW), speed without tow 11 knots.
Range 1,650 mile by a speed of 11 knots.
Propellers: two fixed pitch propellers in rotating nozzles.
26 July 1992 in service as the RB-57.

The tugboat is used for towing and berthing operations in harbor and coastal areas, refloating of ships and vessels, fire-fighting operations at floating and shore objects, oil and petroleum content products removal and ice breaking operations
2017 In service by the Russian Navy Pacific Fleet.

Guinea 2016 50,000 FG sgMS?, scott? The other craft is the Russian submarine PODOLSK (K-233), the submarine in the margin is the Russian submarine K-219 as given by Mr Sitnikov.
