17 August 1845 she left for her maiden voyage from Cologne and arrived Stettin 16 September 1845.
After a view voyages it was clear the service was not economical, and she made calls from the River Rhine to London and St Petersburg, even a voyage to South America

1851 Was she sold to London.
1853 She is in Lloyds Registry under command of G. Luther, still given under German flag, tonnage 225 grt. Sailing from London to Cologne.
