Built under yard No 1413 as cargo-container vessel by the yard of Gebr. Kröger (Husumer Shipyard) at Husum, Germany, for the Danish owner Reederei Lindinger A/S at Copenhagen.
20 Nov. 1973 launched under the name LINDINGER HYACINTH, seven sisterships all built for the same owner.
Tonnage 1.599 gross, 1.082 net, 2.905 dwt. Dim.
Powered by one Alpha Diesel, 2.340 hp., speed 13.3 knots.
Cargo capacity 143.200/132.145 cubic ft. can carry 100 TEU’s containers
Loading gear, two 5 ton derricks and 2 crane derricks of 20 tons.
Ice strengthened.
Registry port Esbjerg.

Used for world wide tramping.

1978 Sold to the Government of the Cabo Verde, Commisao de Gestao dos Transportes Maritimos Cabo-Verde Ilha de Sao Vicente, renamed ILHA DO KOMO.
1996 Sold to Rotterdam Trade Access Europe, St Vincent, renamed TOBIAS.
1997 Sold to Global Maritime Trading Corp., St Vincent, renamed NEPTUNE STORM.
13 Jan. 2003 renamed HYACINTH.
23 April 2003 Sold to unknown owner and managed by Phoenicia Maritime, Tartous, Syria, renamed HAMMOUDI J, registered under the flag of the Korea Democratic Republic, call sign HMZS and IMO No. 7350002
2006 Sold to El-Kashawy & Others, Egypt, renamed ABDELRAHMAN-K., registered Georgia. Managed by Dina Shipping & Trading Co., Suez, Egypt.
2009 Same owner and manager.

2016 Same name, owned by Ibrahim MMK, Suez, Egypt under Togo flag and registry, managed by Dina Shipping & Trading Co., Suez, Egypt.
