Built as a tanker by Ishikawajima-Harima H.I. at Aioi, Japan for Seawell Marines S.A. (Onassis), Monrovia.
December 1964 launched under the name OLYMPIC GARLAND. Two sisters the OLYMPIC GLORY and OLYMPIC GOAL
Tonnage 38.067 grt, 24.777 net, 73.986dwt. Dim. 246.82 x 36.8 x 12.76m.
Powered by a 10-cyl Ishikawajima-Harima-Sulzer diesel 19.800 bhp., speed 16 knots.
1965 Delivered to owners. Registered in Liberia, with homeport Monrovia.

1981 Sold to Delnice Maritime Corp. Liberia, renamed AFTHOROS. Registered under Greece flag.
1985 Sold by Delnice Maritime Corp., Greece to Taiwan shipbreakers, arrived Kaohsiung 12 April 1985 from Piraeus, were she had been laid up from 31 March 1982 till 09 March 1985.
Arrived by the scrap yard on 13 April 1985 and beached on 26 April 1985.
Same day commenced scrapping.
