Built as a cruise vessel under yard No. 5998 by Fincantieri Cantieri Navali, Montalcone, Italy, For Princess Cruises, Monrovia, Liberia.
12 January 1998 launched under the name SEA PRINCESS.
Tonnage 77.441 gross, 8.251 net, dim. 261.31 x 32.25 x 8.10m.
Powered by four 16-cyl Sulzer-Grandi Motori, 46.080 kW., speed 19.5 knots.
Passenger accommodation 1950. Crew 850.
13 Bars, 2 restaurants, 4 outdoor pools, 6 whirlpools, casino.
01 November 1998 delivered. Building cost $300 plus.

17 December 1998 christened in Fort Lauderdale.
19 December 1998 sailed out from that port on her first cruise.

2000 Transferred to P&O Cruises and British flag, homeport London. Renamed ADONIA
2004. Owner given as Carnival, London, managed by P&O Cruises UK, Southampton.
IMO No 9150913. Call sign MZLT8.
09 May 2005 again renamed SEA PRINCESS, Bermudian flag and registry, managed by Princess Cruises Inc., Santa Clarita Ca.,USA.

13 November 2020 sold to Fast King Shipping Ltd, Monaco-Ville, Monaco. Under the Liberia flag, home port of Monrovia. Renamed CHARMING.
2022 Same name and owner.
