Built as a passenger ferry by Ailsa Shipbuilding Co. Ltd., Troon, Scotland for the Isle of Man Steam Packet Co. Ltd., and launched on Dec. 4, 1975, as the LADY OF MAN (II).
Gt. 2,990, nt. 2,326, dwt. 770; 104.43 m (l.o.a.) x 16,74m.x 8.16m, draft 3.633m; two 12-cylinder, V-type, fourstroke Crossley Pielstick diesels engines, of 400mm. bore
x 460mm. stroke, geared to two shafts with controllable pitch propellors, 21 kn., thwartship propellor forward assists in maneuvering.
In June 1976, she was delivered to owners at a cost of £3.8 million, and on June 29, she arrived at Douglas for the first time. On June 30, 1976, she commenced her first
voyage in the Douglas to Liverpool service with 360 passengers and 60 cars. From December 1988-89, she was refitted by Wright & Beyes at Birkenhead. From Jan to
March 5, 1990, she was chartered by Sealink U.K. Ltd for the service between Holyhead and Dun Laoghaire. She was laid up on June 27, 1994 at Vittoria Dock, Birkenhead. In
1995, she was only used in February, May and June, and was otherwise laid up. From July 17 to Nov. 2, 1995, she was chartered by PS Line, Funchal, Madeira for their
service between Funchal to Vila Baleira/Porto Santo. In Nov. 1995, she was laid up at Birkenhead. From May 23 to Sept. 23, 1996 used in the service from Douglas to
Liverpool/Dublin/Belfast. Oct. 1996 till Nov 1996 used in the service between Fleetwood and Dublin.
June 12, 1997 until March 11, 1998, she was used in the service between Liverpool and Dublin. Thereafter every summer, she was chartered from June to September by the
Acorline in the Azores, otherwise used by the Isle of Man Steam Packet Co. as reserve vessel. She was laid up in 2005.

September 2005 sold to Saos Anes Ferries, Greece.
01 October 2005 handed over to new owner and renamed PANAGIA SOUMELA.
22 October 2005 Sailed from Liverpool bound for Piraeus.
12 November arrived at Piraeus for a makeover before entering Greek island service.

2011 Sold by Dafnes Shipping Co., Greece to Hisar Gemi Sokum AS, Turkey and arrived Aliaga 10 August 2011 for scrapping. (Marine News 2011/632)
