The 10f stamp depicts the Ville de Bangui, built in 1958 by "CHANIC" at Leopoldville. The vessel transports fuels between Bangui and Brazzaville. Her length is 27.75 m, breadth 7.8m, and she has two Caterpillar diesels of 450 h.p., and two groups of Westinghouse generators of 75 kva. She is equipped with radar, to permit night trips. Her double crew consists of two captains, two mates, two mechanics, four sailors, all of whom live on the ship, together with their families.SG177
