Fishing vessel built 1951 for Polish State Fisheries Board 620Gt L180’9” B29’5”. Compound engine. One of two identical ships named DALMOR l – DALMOR 2.

The name on the stern gives DALMOR a small fishing cutter of the Polish “Deep Sea Fishing Enterprise DALMOR” (PPD) in Gdynia, used for the driftnet fishing in the Baltic. More as 100 of this type was built.
On this site above is given that she is the DAMOR I or II but the vessel depicts is not a fishing vessel of 600 ton as given there but a much smaller type is depicted.
Watercraft Philately gives:
She is one of the type KS-17 (steel-hulled) or KW-17 (wood) and she is one of two identical ships named DALMOR 1 or II.
1951 Built by Stocznia Ship Repair Yard, Szczecin, Poland for the Polish State Fisheries Board, Gdynia.
Tonnage 17.5 dwt, dim. 17.6 x 5.2 x 2.6m, draught 2.05m
Powered by 1 6-cyl oil engine 180 bhp, speed 9 knots.
Bunker capacity 4.7 ton fuel oil. Endurance 6 days.
Insulated hold of 1,000 cubic ft.
Fitted out with an electronic fish finder, radio-telephone and direction finder.
Carried a triangular sail of 30 sq. ft. on her fore and mizzen when drifting.
Crew 5.
Homeport Gdynia and managed by PPD.

The DALMOR I was later renamed REGA and sold by PPD in 1974 to Messrs. Odra in Swinoujscie for breaking up.
