The fast ferry depict on this stamp of Equatorial Guinea issued in 1996 is identified by Mr. Jean-Louis Araignon as one of the fast ferries belonging to the Spanish company Trasmediterranea. The fast ferry depict has the hull colours of that company.
Comparing the stamp with the URL he did supply he is correct, she is one of this vessels. Thanks to Mario Rosner who supplied my with a nice scan of the stamp.
Three fast ferries were built between 1994-1996 for this Spanish company, ALBAYZIN, ALCANTARA and ALMUDAINA, which is depict on the stamp is difficult to say, all three have carried the hull colours of Trasmediterranea.
Al three ro-ro ferries were built by Empresa Nacional Bazan, San Fernando/Cadiz, Spain for Cia Trasmediterranea S.A., Madrid, Spain.
Tonnage is 3.265 gross, 979 net, 198 dwt., dim. 96.2 x 14.6 x 8.9m., length bpp. 81.48m, draught 2.08m.
Powered by four 16-cyl Carterpillar diesel engines, 27.176 hp, four waterjet propellers, speed 34 knots.
Passenger accommodation for 450 passengers and 84 cars.

23 July 1994 launched under the name ALBAYZIN.
Ordered by Trasmediterranea, but delivered in October 1994 to Buquebus Los Cipres S.A. Montevideo, Uruguay, registered at the Bahamas, with homeport Nassau.

May 1998 chartered by ORSA at Istanbul, renamed in LALE Ü, for the service between Istanbul and Bandirma.
1998 After the charter again renamed ALBAYZIN.
1999 Used in the service between Algeciras and Ceuta.
2001 Laid up at Algeciras.
200? Moved to Buenos Aires.
200? Used in the service between Buenos Aires to Montevideo.
2017 http://www.equasis.org gives in service, same owner, managed by Buquebus Espana SA, Algeciras. IMO No. 9059054. She is now registered under Uruguay flag, with homeport Montevideo.

01 January 1995 completed and delivered to Cia Trasmediterranea, Madrid, her homeport is Cadiz.
1995 Used in the service from the Spanish mainland to the Balearic Isles.
1996 Used in the service between Algeciras to Ceuta.
May 2000, she got on fire in the engineroom, repaired by Bazan at Cadiz.
26 July 2000 in the service from Algeciras to Tangier.
August 2000 in the service from Algeciras to Ceuta.
01 May 2003 in the service from Algeciras to Tangier.
June 2006 in the service between Ibiza to Denia.
04 July 2006 ran on the rocks when approaching Denia, out of service for repair.

An update on the ALCANTARA.
I saw this ferry on 28 October 2007 heading to the port of Algeciras in the bay of Gibraltar. She had just crossed from the Spanish enclave of Ceuta on the north African coast opposite Gibraltar. She was sailing under the colours of the Spanish company Acciona Transmediterranea.
Attached (I hope) is a photo I took of her.
