Fishing trawler.
Built 1964 by Tengen Verft Kragero, Norway. 1,400 tons. Length 231.5ft. Speed 14 knots.

Shama is a stern trawler built in Norway by Tangen Verft Kragero in 1964 for the State Fishing Corporation at Tema, Ghana. She has a gross tonnage of 1,400 on dimensions; 231.58 ft., 37,5 ft. Breadth. Powered by a 7 cyl. B. & W. diesel of 1,960 bhp giving a speed of 14 knots.

Sha was named after a small fishing village in Ghana.

Six addional vessels of the same dimensions were also built in Norwegian yards. The freezing capacity of each trawler is 35,000 cu. Ft., or 500 tons. These trawlers were delivered during 1964-65-66.

Laid up in May 1980 for surveys. In 1985 renamed as Toman No. 3 for Obuore & Co. Ltd.
