1962 Delivered under the name SIRALY I (seagull)

Used in the service between Budapest and Mohacs or Budapest to Estergom.
1963 The service was extended to Vienna in Austria.

Then as given by: http://www.mahartpassnave.hu/webset32.c ... @GOOGLEBOT

On 05 September 1983 at 02.30 p.m. the SIRALY I left from Vienna with on board 45 passengers, she was bound for Budapest.
Leaving Vienna she caught up with a Russian motor towboat VILNIUS and her barges. The SIRALY I remained in its wake for a short while, but did not leave the wake in time and due to the strong waves, the vacuum effect and extraordinary water movements, she was unable to pass the towboat with her barges.
The SIRALY I crashed into the corner of the last barge. The barge tore the left side of the passenger compartment open, nine seats with the passengers in them piled up, and two of the eight watertight airboxes were holed, which resulted in the front part of the deck of the passenger area getting under water. Two passengers died, one fell into the Danube River from his seat and was rescued by fishermen, 33 passengers were injured.
After the crash, the engineroom chief navigated the SIRALY I to the opposite bank of the river and beached the craft there as the captain had become incapable of action.
The passengers were there rescued.

Due to the damage she sustained from the collision she was taken out of service.

Fate unknown.
