BRIGANTINE ESPANOL

Post by aukepalmhof » Wed Aug 28, 2013 4:01 am

Not a ships name known for this brigantine, it gives only a Spanish 16-gun brigantine sailing with a fresh wind, hauling in to starboard showing its bow leeward on a calm sea.
The stamp was designed after a drawing made by Agustin Berlinguero, and the drawing is now in the possession of the Naval Museum in Madrid.
