WORLD EXPLORER cruise vessel built in 2019

Built as a expedition cruise vessel under yard no C 010 by West Sea shipyard (Estaleiros Navais Lda) at Viana do Castelo, Portugal for Mystic Invest via Mystic Cruises, Portugal.
She is manage and chartered by Mystic Cruises SA, Porto, Portugal.
Launched as the WORLD EXPLORER, 03 August 2019 christened by Carla Bruni Sarkozy.
Tonnage 9,023 grt, 1,166 dwt, dim, 126.00 x 25.00 x 12.90m., summer draught 4.75m.
Powered diesel electric by two 8 cyl. Bergen C25-33LBP, manufactured by Rolls Royce (Bergen) AS, Norway. 5,334 kW, 7,248 hp., two Z drive thrusters, speed 16 knots.
Passenger accommodation maximum 172, and 130 crew.
Lifeboats, two fully inclosed.
Ice class 1B.
Building cost 70 million Euro.
31 July 2019 completed, registered in Madeira, Portugal. IMO 9835719.
