Bulgaria issued in 2016 one stamp for the 150 Anniversary of the port of Ruse, I believe on the background is a view of Ruse.
The vessel most left is an early sailing paddle steamer , the sailing vessel on the right with the messy rigging and sloppy mast backwards, some ra’s and sails behind the mast, not in front, is a mistake of the designer of the stamp.
Have not any information on the ships depict.
The anniversary of the creation of the port was marked with a postal-philatelic edition designed by the artist Valentin Shtinkov. It depicts the building of the port of Ruse from the time of its construction, as well as river ships that sailed on the waters of the Danube 150 years ago.
The Romans, then the Ottomans, showed interest in the possibilities of transport along the Danube near Ruse. The port was opened on November 7, 1866, being connected to the new railway line between Ruse and Varna.
After the Liberation, the port and the railway became the basis for the development of the Bulgarian economy.
In 1916, the first factory port was built, where the first electric cranes in Bulgaria began to operate.
In 1976, the largest Bulgarian port on the Danube River, Ruse-East, was opened.
A little more on the town is given on: https://www.britannica.com/place/Ruse
