1979 She was sold to the Stolt-Nielsen Group, renamed STOLT HAWK, registered in Liberia, with homeport Monrovia.
22 July 1996 when inbound to Houston in the Houston Ship Channel, due to malfunction of the steering installation of the tug LAURA HADEN, she veered for the bow of the STOLT HAWK. The tugboat sank with the loss of 3 men of the crew of 4.
