July 1969 launched as the BANI YAS (P 563), two sisters the THOABAN and KAWKAB.
Displacement 25 tons standard, 32 ton full load. Dim. 17.37 x 5.03 x 1.37m. (draught).
Powered by a two 750 bhp Caterpillar diesel engines, 19 knots.
Armament 1 - 20mm gun.
Crew 11
Glass fibre hull.
December 1969 completed.

Used by the United Arab Emirates till late in the 1990s.
