In 1955 the company became known as Compagnie de Navigation Fraissinet et Cyprien Fabre following a merger with the Fabre line. They withdrew from shipping activities in 1974.
Sold in 1954 to Czechoslovak Ocean Shipping and renamed JULIUS FUCIK.
Sold in 1965 to China Ocean Shipping Co and renamed FOSHAN
