Superb (brig)

The middle of the 19th Century witnessed the start of a new era in transatlantic shipping.
Thousands of families emigrated from Sweden and innumerable ships set sail from coastal towns with their human cargoes.
One of these ships was the brig SUPERB, which was built in 1839 and made several voyages between Gothenburg, Boston and New York.
