EOS class passenger ship and SWATH

Are it stamps or private issues?
The http://www.swath.com/pictures.htm depict an EOS class passenger ship and the same design is depict on the stamp. If the design all is used for a new built ship I can not find.
The web-site then gives, length overall 79 meter.
Normal service speed 18 knots.
Steel hull with an aluminium superstructure.
Accommodation for 300 passengers and 120 crew.
Range 5 days on service speed.
The 470fc stamp is also depict on this web-site, she is an oceanographic research vessel, also I can not find if there is one built.
