Wallis et Futuna issued in 2011 a ms of which the 190F depict sailing yachts, do not known much about yachts and am not sure which type of yacht is depict.
In the 2011 Pacific Games in which 22 nations participated from within the Pacific region, was in Noumea, New Caledonia from 27 August to 10 September 2011.
In the yacht races two types took part the HOBIE CAT and the LASER, it looks that on the stamp is depict the single handed HOBIE CAT?
