VIOLA trawler

The VIOLA a side trawler is depict on a new set of stamps of South Georgia and Sandwich Islands issued in 2015.
The 70 pence stamps shows her fishing as part of Hull’s Hellyer boxing fleet out in the North Sea around 1907.
The other stamp shows her on patrol during World War I off Farne Islands on the Northhumberland coast in 1917.
The 80 pence shows her after she was refitted in a whale-catcher and renamed DIAS off the African coast in about 1925.
£1.25 In use as a sealer at South Georgia around 1961.

South Georgia & Sandwich Islands 2015 70P/1.25 and MS £2.50 sg?, scott? (The submarine depict on the MS is the German UB-115.)
