Built as an inter-island ferry under yard No 180 by Shing Sheng Fa., Kaohsiung, Taiwan for the Maldives Island Government
20 July 1983 launched as the INTER I. One sister the INTER 2.
Tonnage 134 grt, 69dwt. Dim. 29 x 7m.

June 1990 transferred to Maldives Industrial Fisheries, not renamed.
2015 In service, same name and owners, IMO No. 8219683.
