PACHACHACA RIVER KAYAKING

Peru issued in 2017 two adventure stamps of which one shows us kayaking on the Pachachaca River, which flows through the Ampay National Sanctuary and is a notable kayaking location in Peru,

The Kayak, of Arctic origin means "man's boat or piece of floating wood" was originally conceived as a one-person boat consisting of wooden frames covered with skins. It is at least 4000 years old.
