In the foreground is a North Cardinal buoy, which has a black-over-yellow color with a top mark of two cones pointing up.
During the night, she shows a light that is always white, white quick flashing, or very quick flashing.
It shows the shipping that the danger is south of the buoy, and the shipping has to pass on the north side of the buoy.
On the right, a stern few of a cargo ship, the hull color, and the funnel logo give she is one of the United Arab Shipping Co.
She has a Stulken heavy lift derrick.
I found one ship from that company the IBN KHALLIKAN. IMO no 7500516 which has this derrick, 15 ships of this class were built by Hyundai in Ulsan, South Korea between 1976-1977.
Which ship is depicted on the stamps is not possible to say.
IBN KHALLIKAN was built in 1977 and scrapped in Alang on 06 December 2001. I believe all her sisters are also scrapped.
