La RESTINGA and CARBALLEDA

On this stamp of Venezuela there are different harbour tugs depict, of which two are identified by Mr Rosner.
The two tugs alongside the quay are the LA RESTINGA alongside the pier, and alongside her the CARBALLEDA. The other tugs not identified.
Not any details found on the two tugs.
