HIFOFUA: built as an auxiliary ketch by Chas Bailey, Auckland for the Tonga Government.
Launched under the name HIFOFUA.
Tonnage 108 gross, 83 net, dim. 87.8 x 18.0 x 8.6ft.
Has 10 cabins for passengers and can carry 80 deck passengers.
Cargo capacity for 50 tons of cargo.
1927 Completed.

Was used for the transport of people and cargo between the islands of the Tonga Group.
But she made also voyages to Auckland.
1947 Fitted out with an auxiliary Gardner diesel, 125 hp., speed 7.5 knots.

1959 renamed in MARORO.
1974 Broken up.
