Built as a stern trawler under yard No 222 by Soc. Nouvelle des At. T Ch. De Havre for Soc. Navale Cainnaise (SNC) Anct. Gaston Lanny & Company.
Launched under the name La NORMANDE.
Tonnage 690 grt, 297 net, 406 dwt., dim. 49.99/43.49 x 11.51 x 5.061/5.8m.
One 6-cyl. Atlas MAK engine, 2.000 bhp, speed 14 knots.
February 1975 completed.
2008 Under the name KARAS and registered in NAMIBIA, IMO No 7359759.

2023 Still owned by the Skeleton Coast Trawling Pty. Ltd, Namibia under the name KARAS.
