She was built by Huangpu shipyard, Shanghai, China for the Chinese Navy.
July 1994 launched under the name SHUNDE (771), one of the Houjian Class large missile boats type 520 T.
Displacement 520 ton standard. Dim. 65.4 x 8.4 x 2.4m.
Powered by 3 SEMT-Pielstick 12 PA6 280 diesels, 15.840hp., speed 32 knots. Three shafts.
Range 1.800 at 18 knots.
Armament 2 – 37mm, 4 – 30mm guns, missiles SSM 6YJ-1 (Eagle Strike).
Complement 75.
Commissioned Feb. 1995.
Stationed after 1997 at Hong Kong and a unit of the South Sea Fleet.
One of this class possible sunk late 1997.
