FUAD 1865

Built as an iron hulled paddle steamer by Millwall Ironworks at Millwall, London for the Turkish Navy.
24 July 1865 launched under the name FUAD, one of the Iz-ed-din class.
Displacement 1.058 ton. Dim. 76.20 x 9.14 x 3.66m.
Powered by 300 nhp. steam engines, speed 12.5 knots.
Bunker capacity for 150-ton coal minimum.
Armament 1 – 4.7 inch and 3 – 3 inch guns.
Complement 135.

Used by the Turkish navy as a dispatch vessel.
She was discarded after 1896, and reported scrapped in 1921.
