The ferry depict on this stamp is not identified but most probably a ferry on the Mekong River in Laos.

It is a double ended ferry who has interchangeable bows and sterns, allowing them to shuttle back and forth between two ferry terminals without having to turn around.
She are fitted out with a bow ramp and a stern ramp, the masts/pillars depict on the ferry are for the hoisting and lowering of the ramp, but on this ferry depict the ramps are in a fixed position and more used as pillars to anchor the ramps.

More info where she is used is welcome.
