Built in 1884 as a wooden three masted topsail schooner at Kragerø, Norway for Norway account.
July 1884 launched under the name ?
Tonnage 369 tons, dim?
Built of oak and pine wood. (Who has her Norwegian career?)

06 August 1900 sold to Heude-Milon, Fécamp, France and renamed in MARIA THÉRÉSA, named after the daughter of the owner. Used for the cod fisheries on the Grand Banks at Newfoundland.
1901/02 was the captain Auguste Duboc, 1903/05 Captain Viel
In 1903 two partners joined the company Jules Bunel, Yvetot and Auguste Simon, Bolbec, with this two partners the company managed two ships the MARIE THÉRÉSE and MARIE BLANCHE.
04 April 1906 the company was dissolved, the two ships laid up in Fécamp and were for sale.
Late October the MARIA THÉRÉSA was sold to Hippolyte Chédru, Fécamp for 10,000 Francs and fitted out again for fishing on the Grand Banks, Newfoundland, she was managed by Heude-Milon.
Crew 32-38 men, 1907 under command of Captain G. Duparc and 1908 under command of Captain Joseph Lemarchand.
14 (or 17) June 1908 with on board 76,000 codfish, during thick fog she grounded on Pointe du Diamant, St Pierre, the ship got “total loss” , the crew managed to rescued them self and camped on a nearby beach till help arrived. She were returning to France on the schooner CURIEUSE from Granville.
