Built as a cargo vessel under yard No 421 by Hawthorn Leslie Co. Ltd., Hebburn near Newcastle on Tyne. England for Rederi A/B Transatlantic (W.R.B. Lundgren), Goteborg, Sweden.
13 August 1907 launched as the AUSTRALIC.
Tonnage 4,010 gross, 2,530 net. Dim. 115.9 x 14.9m.
Powered by a 3-cyl triple expansion steam engine, 435 nhp., single shaft, speed 10 knots.
September 1907 completed.
During her lifetime she was never sold, but sailed always for the same company.
Broken up at Goteborg, the 4th quarter 1933 by A/B Lindholmen-Motala.
