CERRO BOLIVAR built as a bulkcarrier under yard No. 1055 by Sumitomo Heavy Industries Ltd. Uraga Shipyard, Yokosuka, Japan for Navios Corp., Liberia.
01 Jan. 1977 her keel was laid down.
Tonnage 36,246 gross, 27,507 net, 64,684 dwt., dim. 230.21 x 32.26 x 18.19m., draught 13.00m.
One 6 cyl. Sulzer diesel, 14,4000 bhp., one screw, speed 15.5 knots.
7 Holds, strengthened for heavy cargoes, certain holds may be empty when loaded.
01 Nov. 1978 delivered to owners.

1979 Sold or transferred to Cia. Anon. Venezolana de Nav. In Caracas, not renamed. Homeport Ciudad Bolivar.
1995 Sold to Trophy Shipping Co. Ltd., Cyprus, renamed PANAMAX PRIDE.
1997 Sold to Oregon Shipping Co. Ltd., Cyprus, renamed PANAMAX RIDE.

http://www.equasis.org and http://www.eagle.org Gives 2010 IMO No. 7628356, call sign P3GC6 and registered at Cyprus, with homeport Limassol. Still owned by Oregon Shipping Co. Ltd. at Athens, Greece and managed by Cyprus Maritime at Athens.

15 April 2011 beached Gadani Beach for scrapping.
