Identified by Mr Peter Crichton as the LEKIU, she is the vessel in the foreground of the stamp, the other ship is the ALMIRANTE GARCIA. Only the submarine is still a UFO.

LEKIU built as a guided-missile frigate under yard No 1046 by Yarrow Shipbuilders at Scotstoun , Scotland for the Royal Malaysian Navy.
31 March1992 ordered.
March 1994 laid down.
03 December 1994 launched as LEKIU (F30) one of the Lekiu class on sister the JEBAT. Both are named for warriors of the Melaka Empire
Displacement 1.845 tons standard, 2.930 tons full load. Dim. 105.5 x 12.8 x 3.6m. (draught), length bpp 97.5m.
Powered; CODAD, four MTU diesels, 33.000 shp. (24.500kW), four shafts, speed 28 knots.
Armament; 1 – 57 Bofors gun, 2 – MSI 30mm guns and 2 – triple B515 324mm torpedo tubes for Stingray ASW torpedo’s, 8 – MM 40 Exocet SSM’s, one 16-cell VLS for Seawolf SAM’s.
Carried one Super Lynx 300 helicopter.
Crew 146.
09 October 1999 commissioned.

Due to difficulties in the systems integrations of the weapons and weapons control system she faced serious delays.
Special attention was paid to shaping the hull and superstructure to reduce radar signature, but there are no special radar-absorption coatings.
2008 In service in the Royal Malaysian Navy.
